To provide you with highly personalized AI workout programs, we collect the following types of information:

  • Account Data: Email address and basic profile information used for account creation and authentication.
  • Physical & Fitness Data: Age, weight, height, current fitness level, fitness goals, and available gym equipment.
  • Usage Data: Basic analytical data about app performance and feature usage to improve our services.

2. How We Use Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Spotter uses advanced third-party Artificial Intelligence to generate your custom workout plans. We take your privacy seriously in this process:

  • What we share: We only send completely anonymous physical data and fitness preferences(e.g., age, weight, equipment, goals) to our AI provider's API.
  • What we DO NOT share: We never send your name, email address, or personally identifiable information (PII) to the AI provider. The AI does not know who you are.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect solely to:

  • Generate and adjust your personalized workout plans.
  • Provide customer support.
  • Improve the App's core functionality and algorithms.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share your information only with trusted third-party service providers (like secure cloud hosting) strictly to operate the App, and they are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

5. Your Privacy Rights & Account Deletion

You have full control over your data. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can completely delete your account and all associated data directly within the App by navigating to Settings > Delete Account. Upon deletion, your personal data is permanently removed from our active servers.
